Rooms were great size, comfortable, and convient location. Parking is expensive and extremely tight to park. The vents were very dirty in our room. Pool is small but love the dual hot tubs. Breakfast was supposed to be open til 10am, but we went down at 9:20am and they were cleaning up and most food was gone. They didn't replenish the food and it was disappointing when breakfast is supposed to be included. We asked for a late checkout (only 30 minutes) and they wantes to charge us 25.00 for this.

Stay was great, the 2.room suite was awesom for our family of 5. The only issue I have is that they double.charged me for the $200 deposit, once upon check in - totally understandable, than llthe next night they charged me for the total stay and an additional deposit. I asked the front desk and they told me the inistial deposit was charged qrong so their system charged me the entire amount.

Nice room, good location, connects to the Skyway system. Poor customer service though. Black soot came out of the bathroom faucet and the front desk employee was anything but helpful or concerned when told this or shown pictures. After explaining to her that this was a problem, she finally gave us the choice of a handyman ( with much emphasis on the fact no one would be with him/her) or a different room. Needless to say, some training on how to handle a customer concern would have been helpful.

We heard a lot of emergency vehicle sirens throughout the mornings and evenings. The area felt decently safe, but a little uneasy at night. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. However, we never received any cleaning service during our 3 night/ 4 day stay. The sign on our mirror promised an “express clean” after the 2nd day. The pool and hot tub area was nice for my kids.
