Didn’t like the lack of room to maneuver in the parking garage. Didn’t like that you can’t access the hotel lobby from the street level. Room wasn’t very sound proof. Pull out bed was lacking the proper blankets and not very comfortable. No fan in the bathroom. No microwave. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

1- I booked this room for an extra night on accident through Expedia. When I tried to get my money back for that one night- I was denied despite Expedia allowing it. The manager of the hotel told me there was no way to get my money back so I paid for a whole extra night I didn’t use which was very frustrating. 2- getting to the lobby of the hotel was difficult. There are only elevators and no staircases. In the elevators are very slow if they are working at all. 3-The rooms were a little bit outdated, stench/humid but overall comfortable. My wall AC unit was not working so it was a consistent 76°, which was very uncomfortable for the middle of June. I asked for it to be fixed and it was not. 4-I was there for a concert at the US Bank center, and it took 45 minutes to get from the street level elevator to the hotel lobby. It was an extremely frustrating process. There were only 4 elevators not all of them were working and there were no stairs to get to the hotel lobby so you actually had to wait for hundreds of people to get onto the elevator and into the hotel lobby. Waiting was torture, especially after a very long night.

Nice Hotel in a Great Spot

Employees are very nice, room is clean and has everything you need. The only small negative which they cant do anything about would be the parking garage is a very tight fit for our truck getting in and out. Everything else was fine. The downtown area is nice and walkable.

I entered my room and there were red stains on the lamp shade in the living area and on the underside of the mattress on the pull out sofa bed. The view from my room was nice especially during the evening. I also enjoyed the whirlpool and breakfast. The property doesn’t accept cash anymore which was a little inconvenient, I was directed to an ATM in the convenience store on the ground level but it is withdraw only. Overall I’m satisfied but if they’re holding $250 for an incidental fee, I expect the room to be clean.

The property is old and broken. I have checked in on May 27th., my finger got injured by the sliding door of the shower. I have reported to the manager the other morning after the conference. But he just have me to write down my contact information can be reported to the other General manager and No further response eventually before I checked out. That's really made me disappointed!!
