Me and my family we stay there for six days. This property needs a renovation urgent me and my family got sick. The first day we came to the room is with disgusting. Smells . And the worst is that all the rooms are blocked. The windows are blocked. There is no fresh air. Into the rooms because they say it is for safety but because this is a pet hotel needs to have airflow we have more than five days with allergies, fevers pain in the body. Also, my cat got sick throwing up .Quinta address.5151 Bloomington the break fast they have limited option. They don’t have fruits the room has two areas a bed in one area and the other one you have a sofa bed first we couldn’t breath in the room there was cockroaches scrolling in the walls. I can send pictures and videos We saw one falling in the bed. Very disgusting. Experience. I suggested the manager that he needs to get a sanitation urgent into this rooms. The air conditioner. Doest not heat is throwing air contaminated heater is Full of mildew We Got a Virus in the Hotel in the room. You can see all the scrambles of garbage inside the AC conditioner. I already tried to speak with Expedia explaining the situation. Hotel only gave me 200 refund that I almost paid medicine for that amount ,6 days pay to suffer. The main desk has a receptionist Janet was very kind I can give her a five star review from the beginning to the end I cannot complain about that appreciate her kindness.

Front desk crew’s English wasn’t great. Terrific bed. I never ate their breakfast, nor did I use any amenities. Centrally located for everything I came to Minneapolis to do.
