Stay was fine, was told a $100 charge besides the room charge and credited back at check out. 5 days later my $100 was not credited back to my account. I called the hotel and was told the $100 credit takes 7-14 days. That is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Very nice hotel overall with good prices. The wifi situation is absolutely horrible. Was on 10th floor and was lucky to even be able to connect most of the time. I couldn't even type this review at the hotel due to no or slow wifi.

Booked a room with a suite so an early riser would be able to work in the sitting area. Alas, the internet didn’t connect in there. Sofa was extremely uncomfortable too

So only one electrical outlet worked in the entire room and the coffee pot didn’t work at all also someone had threw up in the hallway that lead out of the elevator room and I was there from Sat to Monday and it never got cleaned up the whole time I was there!!

I have no issue with the hotel. I have an issue with the fact that I paid then had a pending $116 charge when I was told $1. Hotels.com assured me that it was only going to be $1. That the pending would drop but they ended up charging me $101. What a scam

Walking up to the property the flower pots were empty and had garbage in them. The lobby smelled like weed. The halls had garbage laying around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was that the toilet ran sporadically.
