This historic condo is perfectly situated in the heart of everything on Main Street. The spacious 2,300 square feet provide ample room to entertain and reconnect with friends and family. Enter through the iconic, most-photographed front door in Stillwater using an electric door opener, with the code provided upon booking. PLEASE NOTE; there is a flight and a half of stairs to reach the main living area on the second floor.
The main level features an open concept design with a large living room and sectional sofa, leading to a dining area with a table for six and a generously sized full kitchen with an island, perfect for entertaining. This level also includes a half bathroom, master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the charming Union Art Alley.
A second set of stairs takes you to the third floor, which includes three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry closet.
The final set of stairs brings you to the spectacular rooftop, adorned with twinkling lights, seating for 14 and offering a million-dollar view that provides ever-changing, breathtaking scenery.
