We would highly recommend this property...ended up staying for 4 nights instead of 2 because we got snowed in. The service is absolutely fantastic...you pay for it, but they deliver. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was so friendly and attentive. Very clean rooms, the gym had a great variety of equipment and the spa smelled amazing. This hotel set the bar. It will be my go to fo any Minneapolis trips.

We had a wonderful stay at Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, a relaxing and high-quality experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. That’s about where the good things ended. To start there was no hot tub available, there may be one in the spa but you have to pay extra for access to it and on top of that it closed at 7 pm. No free breakfast, for the price you pay to stay here it’s a bit cheap of them. They put 2 cheap water bottles in your room that if you use them you will be charged for it. No free wifi, instead 2 tiers of low speed wifi you have to pay for. Overall incredibly disappointing for all the nice reviews this place gets. Go somewhere else where you don’t get scammed out of basic amenities.
