This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the hallways and even the outside of the building reeked of marijuana. It was unpleasant and set the tone for the rest of the stay.
The room was not clean, and we were told housekeeping wouldn’t be provided during our stay — only after we checked out. Oddly enough, someone did come in while we were out, without any notice. We only found out later that night, which felt like a serious violation of privacy.
What truly frightened us was seeing a guest outside holding what appeared to be a gun. We didn’t know if it was real or a toy, but either way, we were petrified. We immediately informed the front desk, they did notify the police who cante right away, but besides that the staff didn’t seem concerned or helpful. They claimed the person wasn’t a guest, yet we saw the same man having breakfast in the lobby the next day. Completely unacceptable.
Speaking of breakfast — it was very basic and disappointing: only muffins and waffles. No variety, nothing fresh, and certainly not what we’d call a “full breakfast.”
To top it off, the front desk staff were not kind or welcoming. They were indifferent at best, unhelpful when we raised concerns, and overall gave the impression that guest comfort and safety were not a priority.
We will absolutely never stay here again. This hotel felt unsafe, unclean, and mismanaged. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
