I normally do not do reviews because I know inconvenient things happen but I should have done more research before booking this hotel. AVOID this place!! First there was no warning about the extreme construction issues in the city. it took me almost 30 minutes of driving in circles to find the building. There was no warning about the parking. The only nearby option was a $10 per day (somewhat sketchy) parking lot. My biggest issue was the almost $600 charge on my bank account by Sonder that was explained to me as a "glitch" with the system. They tried me telling me it was not them that it was Expedia but it was CLEARLY Sonder that charged me. After several emails and phone calls they confirmed the mistake then told me that it could take 7-10 days for me to get a refund. I did receive my refund but it was not until the next day after I got home. The halls of the building and room had a weird smell. The thermostat barely worked, and there was no vent in the bathroom. I will never book one of these places again!

Beautiful hotel

This place is so cute, modern and clean. There were two bathrooms, a big balcony and a kitchenette. The area was great too, a short walk to the Excel Energy Center. Would definitely stay here again, Sonder doesn’t disappoint.

Good value and service. Appreciate the stocked basic necessities by the front desk (towels, toilet paper, etc), very convenient. Only comment would be that I wish there was a person at the front desk a bit more often (there wasn't anyone there at 9am on a Sunday). Totally not the end of the world, since their chat is quite responsive. I hope the acquisition by Mariot Bonvoy doesn't affect the small, honor-system feeling of Sonder. It really feels cozy and communal.

Nice little apartment for limited stay

We stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. Didn't really use the kitchen facilities, but they would have come in handy for a longer visit. Getting pre-authorised for keyless entry was a bit tedious, but I did most of it well before our trip, so not awful. Had to pay for parking, but it was close to the building.

The property had no staff working a front desk, so there was no one to complain to about my room not being clean daily. Other than that the property was fine and the apartment was very big, it did come with a single tv in the living room area, without any tv in the bedroom area

I wouldn’t book here again. Pictures are very deceiving. It does not look like what it looks in the pictures and the space is a lot smaller than you actually would think. Customer service and front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I got kicked out for having 5 guest and didn’t even have any complaints or noise complaints. Kyle front desk is unprofessional, I’ve filed 3 complaints against him already and will continue doing so. There’s homeless people all around the area - so it’s not safe. Front desk is lazy doesn’t do anything for you - barely even answer the phone for you. My room was little to not effort in the cleaning process. I left a day early than my check out - filed dispute for my room I paid for & will not return.
