⭐ You will find comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, basic gym equipment, a pool table, and foosball table for all to enjoy and make memories! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything on St Paul :)


⭐ There is a 2 car detached garage and street parking available for our guests

📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund

🌷🌸 We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them

House Rules:

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up

🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

We had a fantastic stay! All of the bedding was great, plenty of blankets, extreme “family” accommodations with a fully outfitted kitchen! Well laid out for our group of 10. Plenty of towels, clean bathrooms…highly recommended.

Singing in the VRBO

15 of us attended a very large singing convention downtown Minneapolis and stayed here for 5 days. It was nice to have down time a ways from the center. Also I was able to keep musical instruments safe in my car by parking in the garage! BONUS!!
