Everything we needed . We had 6 for Christmas dinner and it was perfect . Outside of more than 3 we would have loved another lounge chair in the upstairs . We did not use the basement other than bathroom . Also if had more seating down there would have been better . We had ages 70- 2 months old for one day and evening . Beds comfortable . Kitchen well equipped . Only disappointment was fireplace . It is gas but once we got it running it smelled very bad of natural gas . Turned off and notified host . They intend to have it looked at after our visit . It was fine but being for Christmas it was a big reason we chose it . Lovely safe neighborhood . Good parking on street . Nice stay left one night early due to winter weather coming in . Host was very responsive .

Nice location, clean, comfortable. Was a little smaller than we anticipated. Would have been nice to have living room seating for 4 people (as they have 2 bedrooms). Had to use dining room chairs as living room seating.

This house was very comfortable for our stay in the Minneapolis area. It was comfortable and clean. A very quaint neighborhood and we all felt safe! Sue was wonderful to communicate with and met all of our needs!!

Spacious, quiet, convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Retreat Haven. It fit our group of 3 adults very well. The basement became a man cave for the male of our group. The three ladies had their own bedrooms. The property was very clean and well maintained. It also had ample plates and cutlery. The kitchen worked very well for us. Great location with a great Lunds grocery store nearby.
