We felt very safe. The breakfast was adequate. The courtyard was really nice. Close proximity to Target Field and the LRT. Location was great, lots of restaurants close by. Would happily stay here again.

The phone did not work at all. And I really needed it to due to circumstances. The room was really nice. Mason was very nice. The area is a little uncomfortable.

At one point this may have been a good option, but I found it was not worth the $. When I checked in the entire lobby had a strong smell of marijuana. The staff checking me in wasn’t the friendliest, and the general upkeep of the property just didn’t seem good. The room was very spacious, so that’s great, but there are better options around the convention center I would use next time.

Things I loved- The staff was great Bed was very comfortable They have a white noise maker in the room! Secure building with a nice courtyard. Only 2 things I wasn't a fan of- NO FAN IN THE BATHROOM! And to no fault of the hotel at all, but going forward, a room with a microwave is a must for US. Great location for any venue. Walking distance to the Target Center. There is no on site parking!

Had difficult time contacting the desk. Wanted to ask about early check-in. Could not reach a person. Left voice msg & email. Recvd a reply via email next day. Understood that breakfast was available for a fed. Turned out was complimentary & good. Couldn't get coffee pot to work. Wanted to have ice brought to room, as no ice machines available, but phone did not work. No washcloths.
