Absolutely horrible experience. Room we were assigned was so disgusting we couldnt even stay and had to leave due to the hotel allegedly being sold out. The room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Bathroom floor was nasty, hair in sink, bed had hair in it and table surfaces had visble stains all over them. Toilet was not functional as well as it wouldnt flush. Staff had no concern and provided no suitable options to ensure we could stay. Hotel was sold out, housekeeping not available and no maintenance on site. There was no way we were staying with our two young daughters in that room. Very dissapointed in quality of room and service received from staff. I emailed management but no response regarding my refund.

Check in was efficient, staff member was courteous. The room looked and smelled clean. Although not all of the room amenities were needed during the stay, they were appreciated. Noise level from surrounding rooms was fair. I am a light sleeper so sensitive to the outside noise. I do wish hotel room doors did not slam shut so loudly. This location required a good tug on the door to latch.

I really loved my stay- everything was up to date, super clean. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was delicious with variety, I would definitely stay here again!
