It offers a King bed in the Gulf-View Master Suite with a flat screen TV and a large In-Suite Bathroom with Shower. A large Balcony flows off of the Master Bedroom allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down from the day with a night cap. The 2nd Bedroom offers a queen bed with a flat screen TV and a Guest Bathroom with shower/tub combo. The spacious Living Room with flat screen TV offers views of the Gulf and is just steps to the private beach access for this complex. This condo has been recently renovated with new granite counter tops, new kitchen appliances, updated bathrooms and new flooring. The Ciboney property amenities include a large pool, tennis courts, bbq grilling area and a private deeded beach access located directly in front of this wonderful community. Ciboney is located within minutes of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, Rave motion theater, restaurants, grocery stores, water sports, deep sea fishing, golfing, entertainment and more.
