Unit 1203 is a modern facility that captures the charm of South Walton's past and allows the discerning traveler an all-inclusive vacation experience. This Condo is available and offers unique vacation rental experiences at the highest point in all of Destin. A new "on-site" Town Centre on Highway 98 has all the restaurants and entertainment you need.

Unit 1203 features over 500 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, tennis, multiple swimming pools, bike rentals, and water sport rentals. You can also enjoy the locals favorite, award-winning Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill.

Unit 1203 golf features an 18-hole championship--- Joe Lee designed golf course. This unit is also on-site with a family arcade, multiple restaurants, live music venues, and an amazing coffee shop!

In addition to offering two popular golf courses, AD unit 1203 has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted tennis courts, on-site tennis lessons and pro shop.
