The first floor of the house is equipped with three guest bedrooms, a wet bar, and a pool table. The first two bedrooms on this floor have plush king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Outside, there is a terrace-style deck that connects the indoor living space to the outdoor living area. The outdoor space includes a private pool, a sitting spa, personal beach access, and stunning views of the Gulf. There is also a guest bedroom on this floor with a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for children or extra guests.

To access the upper floors, guests can use the elevator or take the staircase. The second floor provides even greater Gulf views and an additional outdoor living area with a built-in gas grill. Inside, there is an open living space that comprises a dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a living room, and a separate wet bar. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms on this floor. One of the bedrooms features two full-over-full bunk beds, while the other has a king bed, a private porch, and a private bathroom with a beautiful, modern shower.

On the third floor, guests will find two primary suites, each with a king bed, breathtaking views of the Gulf, and ensuite bathrooms that include a large tub and shower. This private primary wing also has a wet bar with an ice maker, a sink, and a beverage cooler. Additionally, there are two more king bedrooms on this floor, one with a private bathroom and porch, and the other with access to a convenient hall bathroom. The final bedroom on this floor is tucked away and features two full-over-full bunk beds and a private bathroom.

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.
