Smoking Prohibited. Neither the tenant, guest or any other person shall be allowed to smoke within the unit or on the premises. Smoking includes all types of cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, dipping tobacco, cannabis, or any federally prohibited drug in any form.

Cost to Repair Damages – Tenant/guest will be charged and responsible to pay $1,000 to cover costs to repair, clean, or replace any damage to the premises caused by prohibited smoking. Such property damage includes, but is not limited to carpets, floors, tiles, walls, ceilings, doors, screens, windows, blinds, drapes and furniture.

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
