Cottage 173 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. The 3rd Bedroom is accessibly by a spiral staircase.

Hidden Dunes Cottage 173 is so well done that it would even put a smile on Joanna Gaines face of Fixer Upper! An immediate calm floods over you upon entering- the newest flooring trend of “wooden” plank tiles contrasted by soft shades of grey and cream…the sound of the bubbling water feature woven among the magnolias. Yep, this is going to be your chance to really relax.

The two floors of 173 enjoy a cohesive, HGTV worthy design scheme that is rustically modern. High-end extras like granite countertops throughout, stainless appliances in the fully-stocked kitchen and large walk-in showers decked in custom tile work in each bathroom add a luxurious touch to the farmhouse décor. Apart from a beautiful design, Cottage 173 provides ample seating/gathering areas so nobody will feel “squeezed-in”. The furnished screened-in back porch overlooks the water fountain as does the living and dining room plus each bedroom is well-appointed and spacious.

Cottage 173 also benefits from being part of Hidden Dunes beach and tennis resort. The amenity list is long, but it includes a pro tennis center, two pool decks, a long stretch of deeded beach access, basketball and corn hole courts, a dog park, a playground and lots of shaded walking trails through Hidden Dunes forest. Moreover, a simple right or left turn out of Hidden Dunes gates and numerous restaurants, open air malls and golf courses are a minute away.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
