Welcome to "Sol Mate"! Our home is in the Villas of Frangista, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. It is a new, quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets within minutes of the beach and a community pool. Sol Mate is close to favorite local restaurants and great shopping. Seascape Golf Resort is practically next door, offering the public tee times and lighted clay tennis courts. Stroll to one of the many great coffee places and enjoy a coffee beach-front, or check out Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, or Surf Hut for a bite, dip in the community pool, or catch some rays on our sunny sands!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

The inside of the house was really nice. Plenty of room for everyone to basically have their own space. Really liked that they had 2 coffee pots, one regular and one Kcup, so it was easy to have coffee ready for everyone when we got up to go fishing. There were 2 issues with the house. One was taken care of quickly as the door code I was sent didn’t work and I had to call in and have them reset the code. Not a huge problem and it was fixed right away. The other was the grass was not cut and was pretty high, especially in the back yard. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Overall a very nice property in a nice, gated community. Found the golf cart rental information to be confusing (just know there are separate emails and forms for rental house and golf cart). Listing says the community pool is heated in April-May, but it was FREEZING! House was clean, beds comfy and great location!

Perfect Beach House

This house was perfect. It looks brand new. The colors and decor just added to the overall aesthetic ambiance. Beds were extremely comfortable. The house must be well insulated bc we never heard noise from neighboring houses. We've always stayed in Destin, but this is our new fav place bc you can safely walk or ride the golfcart to get ice cream and other treats.

Great family and friends vacation!

This is a great property, and is close to the beach but our trips down to the beach with the kids the golf cart was defiantly a must. The coffee pot was way to small for our stay, wasn't aware of that but there is a Kurieg to make single cups too. The house is beautiful and fit our family and friends stay well. Thank you for the trip away from Texas!

Had a wonderful time!

We loved having the golf cart. The only problem we had was that we were shorted sheets for one of the beds. I called the property manager and Nino said they were out of clean sheets and would bring them tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no sheets. I called again and she apologized, but still no sheets. One person slept on a blanket only for 5 nights. Overall It was a wonderful house! The king suites upstairs were bigger than they looked in the picture. It is in the gated neighborhood, so we felt very safe. The pool was a few blocks away, and it was nice. We were often at the pool by ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped-only missing a cutting board. We would rent this house again.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

The home was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the bunk beds for the 3 little ones. They enjoyed them as well. The home was close to the pool and the beach. We really enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Wifi was great. TVs were great! Awesome Rental!
