Surfside Resort is a Gulf Front residential condominium featuring its iconic ocean view port window and floor to ceiling sliders. This 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom condo offers one of the area's most outstanding views from every room in the unit. Enjoy each day of your stay on Surfside’s private beach in your own complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set from March 1 through November 1. Surfside also offers great on-site sport deck with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, Royal Palm Grille Restaurant (on-site), The Beach Bar, Event Venue, beauty salon and day spa. This 15th floor unit is full of upgrades and can sleep up to 6 people.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 55 “ smart TV. The adjoining en suite master bathroom has a newly renovated modern, walk-in shower with granite counter throughout and fixtures. You will also find large capacity, front loading washer and dryer.

The large fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4 with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additional seating is in the adjacent dining room, which features a fabulous country style table that seats 6 with a family bench.

Surfside Condo Unit 1505 has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from its floor to ceiling windows providing an open floor plan concept. The recently renovated living area has a 65” smart TV and Streaming Blue Ray Player. The large balcony gives you views of beach as well as breathtaking sunrise views. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a 50” Smart TV with a DVD Player. There is an adjacent en suite bathroom to this guest room with a shower/tub combination and new granite counter tops and fixtures.

In total, this unit has a large capacity washer and dryer, 3 smart TV's with cable, complimentary 5G streaming capacity wireless internet, providing you with all the comforts of home. This unit is sure to be your home away from home on one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches of the world!

In addition, Surfside Resort offers its own on-site indoor and outdoor dining at the Royal Palm Grille Restaurant featuring a great selection of meat and seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, sushi bar, and a children's menu. All meal selections can be eaten in the dining room, at the new outdoor dining deck overlooking the beach, at the sports bar located on our beach, or even take-out. The meals are wonderful and you never have to leave the building!

Surfside Resort is unique in this area with internal hallways, internal elevators, covered parking, and our own private beach with all amenities available. You can walk for groceries and any number of restaurants and bars for you to enjoy your visit on Miramar Beach. Our home is fresh and clean, recently renovated, and comfortable.

Beautiful Property

This condo was FANTASTIC! My kids, ages 19,17 and 12 were with me and there was PLENTY of space. Beds were comfortable and it had everything you needed to make meals at home. The sports court was well maintained and had lights for night time play. The view when you walk in the room is AMAZING! Beach views from every room. The owners are on the property and are super nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going smoothly.Location of this property is great as well. You have your own private beach entrance and there are chairs, floats, cooler, goggles, sand toys - everything you need!

Best Girls Getaway Experience

I stayed at this place in Miramar Beach with 3 of my closest girlfriends. We were celebrating milestone birthdays together on a girls getaway. Lisa and Jerry were so kind and generous during our trip. On a cloudy morning, they offered to drive us in their golf cart to breakfast like true locals. There was a bad storm during our stay but that didn't put a damper on our party! We did a spa day at the resort and shopped till we dropped at the outlet malls just minutes away. 10/10 would recommend Lisa and Jerry's place for the views, the location and the hospitality!!

2025 Spring Break

Lisa and Jerry were excellent hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The place was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grills available on the property were clean and ready to use. Overall the area felt safe and allowed for our 12 old boys to have some freedom being at the sports deck enjoying basketball. We would definitely stay here again

Above and beyond!

Jerry and Lisa went above and beyond on our stay. We had to drive to the property thru the night to beat a big storm, and they were there waiting for us to welcome us when we arrived and let us in early. They are so thoughtful and literally had everything we needed for a perfect week vacation. When we go back, we will most definitely stay here again. It was perfect for my kids and I. Thank you for being so wonderful!!

AMAZING! Cannot beat the views and the cleanliness and organization of this unit as well as all of the things the owners supply you with for your stay. Lisa and Jerry were the BEST hosts! Can’t wait to come back again next year! Love Surfside - always clean with a nice heated pool and hot tubs and the on site restaurant and bar and private walk way to the beach are the best!!

Beautiful Condo and Amazing location

We absolutely loved our stay in 1505 at Surfside! The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The condo was just gorgeous with amazing views of the Gulf. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the Surfside resort amenities, especially the Beach Bar and the Royal Palm Grille (great sushi and crab artichoke dip!). The Beach Bar is a great place to watch the sunset and they have a beach bonfire on Friday and Monday nights! So fun! We highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

The Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect beach vacation stay! Lisa and Jerry were amazing hosts, greeting us at the door and helping with our luggage. Lisa checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Our kitchen was stocked when we arrived after they offered to do a grocery run before we arrived. The condo is meticulously clean and had everything we could possibly need-even beach toys and boogie boards for the kids! The condo includes an umbrella and chair set up and you can’t top the view from the beach. We loved every minute at Miramar Beach!

Fantastic property and a great vacation!

My family and I were greeted the moment we arrived by Lisa and Jerry. They had a luggage cart ready and waiting to take us up to the condo and show us around. They told us all about nearby restaurants we could try and some fun activities for the life. The condo was perfect. So clean, the beds were comfortable and it had every thing you could possibly need. They even have toys and boogie boards for the kids. We went to the store on the second night and I had forgotten to check if the condo had a muffin pan. I texted Lisa and she thought that it did but said she would personally bring me one when we got back. They were such great hosts! Miramar Beach is beautiful and we will certainly be back and will stay right here in this amazing condo again.

Lisa and Jerry are the best hosts we have EVER had! They are hospitable and on top of things that get your trip off to the right start. Perfect stay

It was a perfect stay for a family vacation! Only wish parking code was more strictly enforced as several vehicles were allowed to park without parking passes and walk to the beach. Several handicap parking stalls were used by people who had no placard or plate. This did not give the people who were supposed to be allowed to park in the area a place to park. The room was perfect across from the beach and the swimming pool was a bonus to use daily! We never tried the restaurant so we can not say how that was.

The condo was beautiful… Just as described! We’ve stayed in many rentals on FL beaches. This condo was immaculately clean and the most well stocked we’ve ever been in. Owners were extremely pleasant and very prompt with communication. It was a great getaway for our family!

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely loved the place! Jerry and Lisa are the sweetest hosts. I use VRBO for all my travel and have stayed in some very nice places, and this was one of the best. Nice furnishings, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
