A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

PETS: Dogs are allowed at this property! Maximum weight allowed is 25lbs.

There are no pet friendly beaches in the area and if you take your pet on the beach, you will be at risk of incurring a fine from local code enforcement. There are multiple dog parks in the area that your pet can enjoy. Your pet is allowed to be in front of the house and on the patios and balconies and you are also able to walk your dog on scenic 98.**
