Very old and run down hotel. Toilet very smelly.. I dun think they do housekeeping daily.

Definitely an older property. Doors were simple doorknob locks. The room had a musty smell and lots of cobwebs in the corners. Staff was very nice though and it's in a very convenient location. Get what you pay for so if expectations aren't high then you'll be fine.

Really nice place to stay.

A lovely big room on the top floor, overlooking the city. Plenty of windows for maximum light and a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff were all lovely and the handyman was very helpful and friendly. Located within easy walking distance of great eateries, shopping malls and the waterfront.

Miri Hotel Standard room

the room was adequate and clean however the mini fridge in my room did not function. As I was staying for just 1 night I did not ask the hotel to replace the unit. Appreciate if housekeeping/maintenance to check room condition prior to guest coming in so that guests comfort is ensured.

Good area to stay

The staff during check in were very friendly. It was a busy week as it was Gawai but they are quite professional. Had the room at the very end of level 2. Just need more dusting next time, otherwise everything is good.
