We attended a Notre Dame football game. Location of house is good to get back and forth from campus. House was clean, contained all we needed for our stay. Most of our time was touring campus and the game. Upon arrival, a realtor was attempting to enter the property to show a potential buyer. We did not know the house was listed for sale when we booked. I was also disappointed when I found the property on the VRBO site, as with all properties, it states that the price shown includes all fees. When I booked the property, it was 200 more than shown on the website. We still would have selected the property, but the extra fee was annoying. I have booked several properties with VRBO and the price shown has always been what I have paid. Seems deceptive. Otherwise, property was fine.

Beautifully restored home

We enjoyed the clean and updated interior of this beautiful older home on nice wooded property. Only about a 15 minute drive from Notre Dame. Spacious and comfortable master bedroom. Other bedrooms are fine but up a narrow staircase with no handrail. Easily managed by healthy people but could be a problem for someone who is unstable. We had a minor problem after checking in but host handled it promptly and appropriately.

Notre Dame visit

We checked into the property with ease. There were 7 of us. Both bathrooms were on the main floor; none upstairs to accommodate the bedrooms there. The upstairs bunk room was very warm as it had no AC. It did have a pedestal fan. There were dead bugs on the windowsills and a live bug on sofa. It appeared it had not been cleaned very well. The house itself was renovated and in a nice neighborhood. There were no safety rails on the stairs leading to the upper bedrooms nor on the stairs leading down to the basement. We had a tornado warning at midnight and a couple of our family could not get down into the basement.

Beautiful home

The house smelled like fresh paint & new carpet! It was decorated to make you feel at home & was very clean. The home owner was available day or night if we had questions. She was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this B&B to others!

Spectacular and amazing

I was having my 21st birthday party here and it was the best time ever. Tiffany was so helpful and everyone had such a good time. So many different available spaces such as the living room and the kitchen area. bed space was perfect since 7 of us were staying the house and everyone was able to sleep in a comfy one. I would definitely book again if I were to have another party.
