The whole hotel feels spacious. Our room was nice, plenty of room for our family of six. Carpets could use a good cleaning and some of the amenities are lacking but overall a good place to stay for the price.

It was ok. Room only had 1 set of towels so we had to get to front desk. Room was kitchenette but there were no dishes, silverware, etc. Didn’t clean room on second day so we had to go down to front desk to get more. Only one set of coffee and creamer just for 1 person (there were 2 of us staying). Didn’t realize until the next morning when we woke up. Disappointing. Again it wasn’t refilled as housekeeping didn’t show up the second day. On website it stated complimentary breakfast but when we inquired we were told no breakfast due to staff shortages. They were very quick to get us to and from airport so we appreciated that.

We stayed in 4 hotels in 5 days, and this one was by far the best!!!! So very clean, comfortable, no weird smells, spacious rooms, and affordable! Would 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Clean, Safe, Family friendly

Stayed during marathon weekend, and for a much-needed family vacation to see friends/family. We got one of the suites with a kitchen, which was perfect for traveling with kids and wanting to stick to a budget and not pay the restaurant prices. Just off I-90, so getting back across town to our favorite places was a breeze. Staff: Friendly and welcoming. Food options: They don't have breakfast (friend who's a former employee said they did long ago) but do have coffee on in the morning. I wasn't bothered by lack of food, as I was able to drive to Walmart for groceries. Multiple restaurants nearby. Amenities: Pool and hot tub were clean and working. Wi-fi was great. Kitchenette was perfect. Loved that the couch was a sofa bed. Lots of channels for the TV watchers. I couldn't quite get the channels and guides right, but my 9yr old did...that's all that matters. Hotel (overall): Clean inside and outside. Secure entries, and surveillance. Made us feel safe. Room was spacious and well-kept/clean. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Hallways were quiet and it looked like they had a full house. Even with being close to I-90 and the airport it was quiet. Other: Large retailers are close by if wanting to go shopping at the bigger stores. Smaller retailers can be quickly accessed by a short drive down I-90 to Orange St exit. Highly impressed! Would stay again. Should note I used to work in hospitality management, so I'm picky on where we stay.

The rooms are incredibly antiquated for the crazy price point. Flooring is old, and our rooms smelled like copious amounts of animal pee. I asked for another rolm, which was almost as bad as the first. I had to lock the living room area and stay in the bedroom area as we could not handle the smell. Tried to cancel and find another accommodation, but both expedia and the hotel failed to accommodate the request. An absolute will not stay again.

The hotel was very nice. I would have gave it a better rating for comfort but the bed was a little soft for me but I like a more firm mattress. Overall the hotel was great, I would stay again when traveling through.

We went to a concert within walking distance which was great. The room was very spacious and clean. I just wish there was more little touches like tea in the rooms, more toiletries and more pillows. It was very basic for what I was charged.

The front desk staff was super helpful when we had questions about where to find a certain store. The store was closed but they tried hard to find other options for us. The room was great--really nicely done. The bed was super comfortable. The one thing that could be better is the "store". If the hotel isn't going to offer even a bagel bar, could you make the prices on the breakfast items in the store more reasonable? I mean $2 for a chewy granola stick from Nature Valley? Come on!
