The room was great, clean and spacious. My only observation would be that the bathroom light didn't turn on completely. It had a very dim light and the shower made a weird noise.

It was beautiful hotel, staff was okay. Hottub was great. The amenities were lacking. When paying paying that much for a room it should cone with breakfast. But needed more towels and pillows.

The woman checking us in kept blaming Expedia for mistakes in our reservation. We reserved two rooms with two queen beds for the party of 7 we are traveling with. She tried to give us rooms with one queen bed. It’s possible they had pull outs but she was rude and didn’t express this. We did end up with two beds per room. Also we called to verify our occupancy per room and that we could leave our vehicles but were not informed of the $20 charge per week per room to park. The card keys do not work at the rear entry at all and also one of the rooms wich she blamed us for erasing because they were placed to close to our phones. She did not warn of this Prior to giving them to us. Our party of seven had to schedule two trips to the airport 1/2 hour apart because they only take 6 at a time. I should have asked more questions but they could have shared some of this when we called to make sure we did it right with Expedia. She basically threw you under the bus for mistakes she/ the property made. Travel is stressful enough without snarky, inept people.
