I like their attention to little details. Like the breakfast was great and interesting. There are manual cutting machines where you can cut your own prosciutto, salami and cheese. Good bathroom tissue, expensive shower gel etc. The room was rather small though.

This is a spa with lovely grounds overlooking a lake. Very considerate staff greeted me late at night and helped me to my room. My only regret is that I didn't get to stay longer.

Hier fehlt irgendwie ein Konzept. Es gibt wohl einen Roomservice, doch dafür muss man zur Rezeption. Keine Telefonnummer oder Ähnliches vom Empfang. Der Sinn dahinter ist ja, eben nicht das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen. Keine Minibar. Kein Getränkeautomat im Haus. Wenn ein Zigarettenautomat vorhanden ist, sollte man auch einen Snack-oder Getränkeautomat zur Verfügung stellen können. Die Einrichtung ist sehr altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen und absolut konträr zu der modernen und luxuriös aussehenden Lobby. Das Bad war nicht sauber und viele Fugen schimmelig. Wirkt generell sehr reparaturbedürftig. In meinem vermeintlich sauberen Handtuch waren Haare, die nicht meine sind. Das Personal im Restaurant wirkt überfordert und gestresst, aufgrund von Personalmangel. Alles in allem fehlt hier ein klares Konzept und adäquater Kundenservice. Für den Preis definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer sehr klein, kein Schreibtisch , aber ein Stuhl. Badezimmer sehr klein, insgesamt nur zum Schlafen, mehr nicht. Frühstück sehr mager, für so ein „gehobenes Hotel“, Angestellte konnte kein Deutsch, oder Englisch nur Russisch.

Hotellet bærer preg av alder, men omgivelsene er nydelige! Stort basseng og flere sauna. Hagen er full av frukttrær og er stor. Mange fine plasser å sitte for seg selv eller sammen med andre. Kort vei til sentrum. I sentrum ligger en matbutikk med godt utvalg av det meste.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auf Zack, die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker und auch das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet könnte überzeugen. Hervorzuheben sind die Schneidemaschinen für den Schinken, Käse und Salami. Ein absoluter Eye-Catcher. Verbesserungsvorschläge wären: Draußen gab es einige Betontreppenstufen zum See runter, welche durch Wurzelwerk zur Stolpergefahr werden.Gefreut hätten wir uns, wenn große Sauna-Handtücher im Spar-Bereich ausliegen würden und man nicht aus dem Hotelzimmer oder von der Rezeption welche mit runternehmen müsste. Auch im Sauna-Bereich fehlten ein paar Fliesen an der Wand. Wenn die Bar an einem Samstagabend noch geöffnet hätte, wäre es wunderbar. Für Personalmangel kann leider niemand was. Alles in allem eine tolle Nacht, in einem schön gelegenen Hotel
