The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and inviting living area featuring cosy furnishings and wooden furniture, a dining table, a dining nook, and an open-hearth fireplace used for decorative purposes. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and benefits from a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining spaces. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The upper floor, characterised by charming sloping ceilings, houses 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 double bed, both sharing a shower and WC. The upper floor also provides access to the balcony. Throughout the property, underfloor heating is present on the ground floor, while oil heating serves the upper level.
