Cozy holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people – ideal for families or friends.
The accommodation is located at an altitude of 1,200 m, directly on the ski slope between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel – just 50 m from the gondola! A true ski-in/ski-out dream in a winter paradise, but even in summer, the Panoramabahn cable car takes you to one of the best-connected hiking areas with breathtaking views of the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Here you will find three modern bedrooms with double box-spring beds, two with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. The spacious southwest-facing balcony (40 m²) with loungers and garden furniture offers wonderful views. The open fireplace ensures cozy evenings after a day in the snow.

In winter, the MoorAlm restaurant next door invites you to lunch or dinner. Fresh rolls are available upon request from the nearby bakery.

Amenities include a ski room with boot heaters, two underground parking spaces, and a well-maintained communal garden with seating. In summer, the nearby forest (100 m) and a lake (8 km) are great destinations.
