Great hub for our canyoneering trip

Great location for the sites we wanted to hit in and out of Arches. Just down the road from some great restaurants. Nice and clean, easy to access, and well-equipped! Loved our stay!

Gomez 2021 Summer Getaway

Everything is as advertised and the place was very nice except for a few minor details ( front door handle comes off, bath tub was very slick and grandson fell but did not hurt himself, and garage door remote missing. The bedrooms beds were very comfortable and I would come back again and stay at this property.

Great for Families!

Family (parents + 4 teenagers) enjoyed the property. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and decor/furnishings were very comfortable! Location was easy for accessing all that Moab has to offer!

Excellent condition and amenities

We stayed for a couple nights in June during a heat wave, yet the rooms were well air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen and garage for storing our bikes and kayaks during the stay. The pool was crowded but close to the unit and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as promised!

As advertised, it was a perfect place to stay for our adventures. The location was perfect for us being a bit south of town away from the crowds. We enjoyed taking a bike ride in the neighborhood and the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable. The tv had streaming entertainment, the two car garage was nice and there were some nice views from the bedrooms.

Good spot for a Moab getaway

We stayed at the townhome over Memorial Day week 2021 and were pleased with our stay. The home was clean when we arrived with simple instructions during the trip. We enjoyed access to the community pool each day during our trip. The community pool has two pools and one hot tub which is great considering the many groups of people in the Moab area for the week. We'll consider this property again for our next Moab trip.

Just beautiful!

Lovely location, lots of privacy, well stocked kitchen. We could have used more towels, (it was more hassel to ask for more towels so we just made it work), otherwise, just great!
