Welcome to Red Rock Oasis managed by Moab Utah Properties. Newly remodeled single story town home with 360 degree views of the red rock cliffs. Perfect for two couples or extended family. Features a Master suite with ensuite bathroom and walk out patio. An additional king bedroom with twin bunk bed and a full hall bathroom. Walk around shaded porch for outdoor BBQ dining, and pool and hot tub access. 2-car private garage. Just five minutes from town.
Newly remodeled modern finishes. The inside of this home is full of natural light, all new furnishings, smart Tv`s and wifi. It is professionally cleaned and well stocked with extra bath and kitchen supplies. It has plenty of extra clean cozy blankets, and pillows. Heating and air conditioning. Outdoor patio furniture.
**Swimming pool is open from roughly April-October and the hot tub is open from March-November.** Clubhouse is open year round. I do not guarantee the availability of these amenities as it is under the control of the HOA and dependent upon weather and maintenance.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.
Located 5 miles outside of downtown. Quiet neighborhood with private garage and street parking for trailers. Killer views of the red rock cliffs and only 5 minutes from the near by trailheads. Ken`s Lake is also just a 10 minute drive South. 20 minutes from Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park 30 minutes away.
Just a 5 mile drive South of downtown Moab. You can rent a Jeep at our adventure partners Canyonland Jeep or use local transportation company Moab Express.
Easy bike access to trails and bike bath into town.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.
