Clean, cute, comfortable and quiet. This experience was one of our best ever VRBO stays.It’s an adorable one bedroom apartment with southwestern touches on one of the quietest residential blocks in town (no off-road vehicles rumbling by). Everything is recently updated, very nice (tiling in the bathroom) and functional—closets that accommodate suitcases, comfortable beds and nice bedding, shelves in the bathroom, a nice coffee table, barstools at the open kitchen counter, everything you need to cook and store groceries, parking right in front of the door.There wasn’t a dust bunny to be found! I’m usually skeptical of hot tubs but this one was impeccably clean. The building has four units with partitioned patios with dining sets in a shared shaded backyard—and even a couple of grills.The walls were thick enough that we couldn’t hear any other guests who were polite regardless. Plenty of room to relax after a busy day or when we were rained in. Wifi was fast and the Roku TV worked just fine. Communication was excellent and the keyless entry is my favorite way to check in. Our host also let us know our unit was available early.Rose Tree would be my first choice if I visited Moab again.

This was a clean place that accommodated us well for 2 nights. The communication from the host was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture is however due for an upgrade.

This property met our needs and expectation. It was clean, the kitchen was adequate for fixing small meals. Conveniently located only 1/2 mile from downtown. Parking as at the front door and we had a nice little backyard to enjoy. Responsiveness of property manager was outstanding. One negative was couch was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Perfect quiet place in Moab.

This is a great little hideaway. We had unit number four. It was very clean -kitchen is well stocked with plenty of essentials, pots and pans, etc. The hot tub worked out great. Great little hideaway. Good find in Moab. Will be back for sure.

Nice place with good location.

Place was clean and neat inside and out. Host was good to work with. The place needs a few more pieces of furniture such as a coffee table, end tables for couch and living room chair and maybe a small dining table and chairs.
