This place was small, but modern and sparking clean! It was a convenient location to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I return to Moab, I will choose this place to stay at every time.

The pool and pool deck were clean and comfortable. I appreciate the afternoon shade there! Room comfortable as always and front desk clerks are kind and efficient.

The staff, the property, and the convenience to dining, shopping, grocery, coffee, National and State Parks was perfect. My ONLY complaint would be that the rooms are TINY. No closet, no drawers, no place to put suitcases and other necessary travel items.

We loved being close to downtown to walk for drinks and dinner but the room was a lot smaller than it seemed in the photos. They had breakfast available but only for purchase. Our AC unit cover fell off in the middle of the night by itself but we did figure out how to pop it back on.

Don't let the modest exterior of this hotel fool you - the cozy lodge style lobby is incredibly well maintained. We stayed 2 nights in the standard king room (which is small, but very comfortable). The bed was comfy, the shower was powerful, and the hotel was really quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the huge outdoor hot tub and pool, which were immaculate. Downtown is close, easily walkable (there are plenty of food options including restaurants and Moab's Food Truck Park).
