The house features a comfortable living room with fireplace, shuffleboard table and 58" smart TV. The dining area just off of the kitchen comfortably seats 6. The back patio area has a BBQ grill for nights you want to cook out. The main bedroom (bedroom #1) has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, huge soaking tub and walk-in shower and king size bed. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and smart TV. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have queen size beds, small dressers and closets. There are multiple places on the property to relax and take in views of the La Sal Mountains, the Moab Canyon Rim or unbelievable sunsets and stars. The house has been very comfortably and tastefully decorated with guests comfort in mind. The property also features full RV hook-ups. There is an added $65/night charge for this amenity.

*No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside please clean up after yourself.
*This home allows pets, however please keep pets on a leash or under voice control at all times. Do not leave pets unattended in the house for long periods of time. Do not tie pets up outside. Clean up after your pet. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.
*San Juan County has a strict noise ordinance after 10:00pm and before 7:00am. Violators of this ordinance will be asked to leave without refund.
*Please turn off all exterior lights when not in use and before going to bed.
