Welcome to your perfect home base in Moab! This modern and beautifully maintained townhome is located on the south end of town, just 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 45 minutes from Canyonlands and Deadhorse State Park, 10 minutes from downtown Moab, with endless outdoor adventure! Inside, the home features two spacious king bed suites, each with its own private bathroom, plus a convenient half bath and a sleeper sofa on the main floor—ideal for families or small groups.
Enjoy breathtaking desert views from the front and back patios, or unwind in the community pool and hot tub after a day on the trails. The community also offers a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and picnic areas—fun for all ages!

Whether you’re here to hike, bike, explore, or simply relax, this townhome is your perfect desert escape.
Parking: There are two designated parking spots for this townhome, and they are labeled with the unit number. For additional parking of trailers, RVs, or other vehicles, there is ample room on Meador Drive, which is the street leading into the complex. This is the street that all guests staying in the complex park additional vehicles or trailers on during their stay. (If more space is needed outside of the two reserved parking spots) This unit does not have a garage.
Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire townhome during their stay.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within seven (7) days before arrival. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Open: Feb 14th – Mar 27th - 1 PM - 9 PM
Open: Mar 27th - June 7th - 10 AM - 9 PM
CLOSED: June 7th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (Scheduled repairs. Dates are tentative and not guaranteed)
Open: Sept/Labor Day Weekend - Jan 3, 2027 - 1 PM - 9 PM
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 3rd - Feb 14th

Pool Hours: 10 AM - 9 PM daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
