New and clean but lacks attention to detail

The hotel is brand new and very clean, however, attention to detail is not great. Room was repeatedly out of items that housekeeping did not replace - we had to ask for replacements - and the coffee bar was out of nonfat milk all 5 days of our stay and out of oat milk the last 2 days. Small things that mean there is not sufficient attention to details.
