Served its purpose

Staff is very friendly! The room was hot and the fridge was not working when we go there. We turned the air down and it worked fine to cool the room. They fixed the fridge issue quickly while we were out. They serve a good breakfast, but get there early. Breakfast is supposed to be till 10, but at 9 pickings we’re slim, it was not replenished and fully available until 10. We were only there for one night and it was decent for the price and purpose of our stay.

Stay was excellent the room was nice mixed emotions about the jacuzzi not functioning but the only complaint about anything else was one of the pillows had hair on it. That was gross we threw it in the floor. And on the first floor the door at the end of the hall My room 101 was loud and squeaky and I heard it every time it opened and closed.

The staff at this hotel exhibited exceptional customer service. The ladies who checked us in were kind and helpful when needed. I could tell our room had been cleaned but the carpets need to be pulled. There was a slight sour smell. Our refrigerator didn't work, which was a slight inconvenience and they are short staffed. The breakfast was pretty good and they tried to stay on top of replenishing items as they got low. The customer service alone can cause this hotel to soar with the proper assistance. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay. I definitely felt safe on the property and in the area.

I saw a cockroach in the lobby on the water dispenser. My room had a musty mildew odor and the carpet felt damp. When I went to check out, I was unable to get my receipt because there was no one at the desk.

Great stay!!

The bed was so comfortable! And the staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and nice. I wish I had been able to take advantage of the pool but there was even a work-around for that! I will definitely make this my regular hotel for trips to Tillmans Corner!

Hidden fees

Worth the one night stay. Breakfast was sumptuous. They show $50 rates for 2 queen bed room in Hotels.com but tack along a weird $30 fee to end up charging $80+ for one night.
