Morning desk clerk was a little blunt, but the valet guy made up for it even though we didn't valet park. He was very considerate and nice! Maybe the morning desk clerk was having a bad morning but everything else was excellent!

$100 for incidentals should be noted somewhere before arrival and my stay was extended a second day due to being snowed in. The night clerk was made aware and said rebooking was all I needed to do. When confirming with the morning clerk that all was well, I was told that I had to pay a second $100 for incidentals again. $200 for incidentals is unacceptable.

Great historic property, very friendly and helpful staff and only minutes from restaurants on Dauphin Street. Only suggestion would be to give more details on parking in advance since parking is located in an adjacent parking deck with one way streets around the hotel. Other than that, highly recommend the hotel.

Recently remodeled hotel with a special style. Love how friendly and helpful the staff are. Super clean. Everything was perfect except the fan of the heater was very loud, constantly waking us up during the night.

I have never experienced such customer service anywhere!! Every single employee goes above and beyond… my 85 year old Aunt got sick and everyone went above and beyond to help me make her feel better… the weekend staff are lovely from the front desk to the coffee shop and the bartenders
