Four days stay, family.

Very misleading info on all hotels ad. The establishment claims to have a kitchenette but doesn’t provide any pots and pans, no kitchen utensils, no dishes and doesn’t even have anything complimentary, not even a complimentary coffee in the lobby. You have to buy everything from the front desk or get it at Walmart. The only reason we stay is I can’t get a hold of Hotels.com to cancel the reservation.

Floor was dirty. Usually where we go is always bottled water and coffee maker. It was no bottle water or coffee maker in the room. The room smells funny, like they were just painted.

I think this hotel is barely finished. Every hotel I’ve stayed at did not make guests wait until 3:00 if the rooms were available. These rooms were ready for sure. There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth that were extremely low quality. There was “1” small bar of soap, no soap dish, no coffee and the beds were more like cots. The best part was the location, because there was every drive thru fast food restaurants that you could want with in walking distance.

Hands down the best place to stay

The hotel was so clean and spacious. It legit had a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner electric stove top. The area was perfect because in was center in a HUUUUGE parking lot that had many restaraunts (in-n-out, Starbucks, Popeyes, and more) you didn’t have to drive anywhere to get food, just step out of the hotel lobby and it was all there. Staff was very friendly, a really great price… the only negative thing I have to say is that the bed could have been a little more comfortable, although it was fine, I had a better bed in a dingier hotel the night before my stay here. But overall this is exactly where I’d stay again the next time I visit my dad in Modesto. Which will be soon.

They were so rude they ripped me off for 559 dollars ,,I'm 76 years old and they said I was smoking ,,well I was not and the even would not let me go in to retrieve my breathing machine ,,and I was thrown off the property ,,and I was not smoking ,,they charged me 550 dollars

Bad for a new hotel

This hotel is missing many amenities that are common in otherers. No coffee, iron, ironing board in the room, or ice dispenser anywhere in the hotel. If you need something, you need to get it from front desk, they wont bring you the towels.

Thr front desk agent the helped me was soooo sweet and patient her name was Jennifer and I appreciate her for all of her help and patience. The room was clean and tidy and Jennifer was also very attentive as well. I would gladly stay there again in the future.

New property. The night receptionist was great! The furnishings are knockdown variety, but the room was clean, the beds were comfy and I’d stay there again for the price.
