One bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico close to Amadores beach (15 min walk, 3 min drive) and 100 m to Europa Center. Wonderful, quiet place with the view on the most beautiful beach of Gran Canaria and the largest Vulcan in the Canary Islands. Large terrace with comfortable sofa outside for relax... We offer a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven). In the bathroom dryer and basic hygiene product. Iron with ironing. Basic starter products (sugar, tea, coffee, rice, pasta, salt, pepper) and cleaning products. Bottle of wine for the welcome.
In our apartment are also available beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, cool box and equipment for a child like a travel cot, high chair, baby linen.
In the Europa center, you can find a lot of pubs and restaurants and 2 large supermarkets and only 3 min. walking. There is 5 min. to the center of Puerto Rico by taxi, where there are plenty of bars, discos, and night attractions.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.

What a wonderful location!

We stayed the first 2 weeks in February. We were met on arrival by Sylwia who showed us around the apartment. The apartment is pretty basic but has everything you need for self catering, the washing machine was a bonus! The location is great with lovely view of Amadores Beach and the most amazing sunsets! About 5 minutes walk slightly uphill is the Europa centre with plenty of bars and restaurants and a Spar supermarket. There is another supermarket inside The Altamar hotel just across the road. The beach is approximately 10-15 minutes walk downhill but very steep coming back but for 3 euro you can get a taxi. Overall this apartment is ideal for a couple and the location is ideal. The only thing missing is the view of the swimming pool which the adjoining block overlooks. The weather was beautiful (high 80's) throughout our stay and the pool was a godsend. Sylwia is an excellent host and we would definitely stay again.

Meget ringe lejlighed og utrolig dårlig rengøring

Vi havde problemer med at få kontakt til udlejeren da hun åbenbart havde ændret sit telefon nummer og ikke givet besked til udlejningsbureauet. Heldigvis fik vi endelig kontakt til udlejeren og mødte hende ved lejligheden. Vi skulle oprindelig ha lejet lejligheden i 14 dage men p.g.a. Corona blev vi kaldt hjem næste dag. Vi nåede så kun at være i lejligheden i ca. en dag. Da vi kom hjem forsøgte vi at kontakte udlejeren men hun havde åbenbart igen skiftet telefon nummer, så vi kunne ikke få kontakt med hende. Vi kontaktede flere gange Vrbo angående vores situation om at få vores penge tilbage da vi jo kun havde tilbragt en dag i lejligheden og Vrbo oplyste os om, at de havde kontaktet samtlige udlejere af boliger om at returnere penge til folk p.g.a. Corona men at vi selv skulle tage kontakt til udlejer. Desværre reagerer udlejeren ikke på vores kontakt. Vi råder fremover rejsende der ønsker at leje hende lejlighed om, at tænke sig om for man kan ikke stole på denne udlejer. Det bør også nævnes at lejligheden ikke var ren og var meget forsømt.
