Outstanding from start to finish. Great communication with hotel. Private transfer arranged by hotel for 65Eur. Warm welcome and clearly explained everything we needed to know at check in. The Junior Suite (high large balcony) was amazing. Very clean, had joined twin beds, nice seating area and kitchenette. The balcony made it extra special, amazing views, jacuzzi bath and sun loungers. The winter sun blazed on the balcony from midday to 5pm. We booked half board and there was a great selection of buffet and also a la carte for dinner. We were there for NYE where the hotel put on a 5 course gala dinner (with lots of wine too). It was such a nice way to celebrate. We used the spa once too, you have to book as it is quite small, but we were lucky and had it all to ourselves. It is a little dated but was nice to relax. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We rarely go back to the same hotel but we will certainly be booking here again for summer!

Excellent stay, thank you. Rooms were comfortable and spacious but could do with a little upgrade, particularly the bathrooms. We had superior rooms with a spa bath on the balcony which was lovely and would recommend. Bar and breakfast staff excellent, so responsive, however we did report an issue to reception at least twice with one of the room toilets which was not sorted when we left, this was disappointing. Finally, take advantage of the spa, had a brilliant massage. We would definitely return.

Clean spacious room with great balcony and good views. All the staff were amazing and very friendly. Wide choice at breakfast including omelettes made to order and fresh fruit. The pool bar serves great food and drinks. Brilliant pool area. Lovely roof top bar.

The breakfast was delightful, and the area has good public transport links with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff were so nice and lovely, which made the stay even better. The only downside was the number of stairs to reach the hotel but aside from that, everything was perfect

Lovely place

Very welcoming, large rooms, balcony was lovely. Spa was good an hour is plenty, staff were great. Lots of steps to and from the Main Street, but we didn’t mind.

Nothing to dislike. Staff amazing! Food delish. Rooms super too. And so close to great shops and bars. In particular the Mogan Mall is probably the nicest mall ive been to in years :)
