Located on the ground floor, it offers a spacious living room with a pleasant fitted kitchen, a high table with stools, an American-style refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment (water dispenser), an oven, a microwave, a 3-burner induction hob, a dishwasher, a front-loading washing machine, and a bay window overlooking the private garden. Two steps down to the living room, a television, and Wi-Fi access are provided. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A small 60 m² garden area with a terrace, garden furniture, and an electric barbecue allow you to enjoy summer evenings. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, household linens, and cleaning are included. Parking is available in the garden, and a shed is available for storage. Semi-detached gîte, not overlooked.
