Travelled with family
With all due respect I didnt get to stay at The Lux suites Furaha. Somehow I got switched to H20 apartments which was a horrible experience for me and my family and I would like a partial refund because Every day we were either without water or power and Everytime I asked the property manager why are we here, we were supposed to be staying at Lux suites we would get the run around and no answer to why we were sent there!!!
