Property under renovation

Hotels.com did not even have the rightful owners on the platform. Some other agency had put this property on the platform. I had to scramble and get a different booking because on arrival at the property I found out that the property was unsuitable for habitation and was going through a renovation!!
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
