IMPORTANT: The spaces are not shared, but I have to go through the hallway of the apartment to get upstairs where I live.

Granada & Sierra Nevada in one. Apartment for up to 10 in the "Barrio de Monachil", a charming village on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada, just outside Granada, with stunning views of the city and awesome hiking trails and climbing sites close by.
This is an older, simple accommodation for laid-back and easy-going people. Not "sophisticated", not without its flaws, but clean and homely .
All kinds of amenities (supermarket, bank, bars/restaurants, etc.) close by. Free street parking. Public transportation to Granada every hour.
The space:
Up to three bedrooms for up to 10 pers.:
ROOM 1 (for up to 5 pers.): Double bed (150x200cm / 60"x80") + either a single fold-up bed, or a double bed (135x180cm/ 55"x70"). For groups of 10 the corner sofa is turned into an additional bed (see photos).
ROOM 2 (for up to 3 pers.): 3 single beds 90 x 190cm / 35"x75" (two joined = double bed 180x190cm / 70"x75").
ROOM 3 (for up to 2 pers.): Double bed (140x200cm / 55"x80")
+ Living room, kitchen (antique, no freezer), 2 bathrooms, and balcony.
INCLUDED:
- Free WiFi Internet connection (optical fibre)
- bedding, clean linens and fresh towels
- Toiletries (shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer)
- butane gas stoves
- portable compact mini washer (only for +5 nights stays)

- Out of respect for the neighbours, quiet hours are from 11pm.
- No partying, drinking or showing up drunk, no entry of undisclosed people.

- There is no cleaning fee, so guests are expected to leave the place clean and tidy, and to not leave any garbage, dirty dishes, etc. behind.
POSSIBLE 'INCONVENIENCES': There are dogs in the neighbourhood, so there may be barking (occasionally at unearthly hours, ear-plugs are provided). Occasionally neighbours can be heard until late or early in the morning. This is a semi-rural area, therefore there may be flies in the warmer months (fly-spray available). I have pets upstairs, so there may be the occasional pet hair.
