Best Location for the LEMON FESTIVAL!!!! Both balconies overlook the parade and is above all the stands.

It's a 3 bedrooms flat with jacuzzi tub and two bathrooms ,water and beach view. WiFi Ready, and large flat screen TV. Across from the Casino in downtown Menton. 30 meters from the beach.. Restaurant , coffee shops and shopping are below the home. Fantastic walk to the harbor thru the beautiful downtown area. We have a parking garage to keep you car safe. Great vacation rental. You really don't need your car unless you want to take day trips to Italy or near by towns like Monte Carlo or Cap Martin, Nice or Cannes.

If the property is left on poor conditions, we are going to keep a part from the Deposit as an extra cleaning fee.

Great place

The apartment is very central to everything, across from the beach and has a great view. There are three separate bedrooms that facing the courtyard and therefore very quite at night. The living is combined with dining area and the kithen and opens up to the big terrase that facing the sea. Overall, The whole place has lots of breeze from the sea. Amalia, the owner is a great and very accommodating host. All our requests were fulfilled. We definitely recommend this place.

appartement tres bien situé mais un peu de ménage serait le bienvenu. Vu le prix à la semaine, le confort de la piece de vie n'est pas terrible. petit canapé. on a pas toutes la chaines de télévision il faut manipuler les cables pour que cela fonctionne. Par contre la literie est bonne.

Arnaque fuite d eau

Attention avant de réserver on a jamais eu l appartement que l on avait réservé à un prix exorbitant la propriétaire nous a pas prévu que l on aurait pas l appartement prévu Pas d eau chaude à l arrivée 2 chambres au lieu de 3 lit sale 3 tasses pour 5 personnes et en plus on vient de me facturer les chaises qui étaient abîmés à notre arrivée la total pas de frigo qui fonctionne car ça faisait au moins 3 ans pas loue la propriétaire est malhonnête celle ci n est pas sur place bien sûr par contre elle débite votre compte pour des suppléments sans problème Louer ailleurs est la meilleure chose à faire
