Quite a shame the way this went. We booked a suite with the sea view which was one of the best rooms they offer, and what they gave us was a room that was not finished with renovations and a bathroom that was did not have any fixtures, lighting, and in fact wiring hanging from the ceiling. There were no mirrors installed yet and the walls of the bedroom were not finished. We only discovered all of this after the wife was looking for a mirror for the beautification process...which is critical to happiness for a lady! After calling a few times to explain the dis-satisfaction, they agreed to move us. That move was to a proper room that was finished with a sea view. The most frustrating think was the lost time unpacking-packing-unpacking again and missing a couple things that were not returned of found form the unfinished room. For me it is very rare to have an experience like this form a 5 star place but I think this place is so big you're like a commodity to them. It's almost like the all inclusive resorts but everything is ala-cart$$$$$$
