Ideal for quiet family stays, with games for children (trampoline, swing, basketball hoop, boules) in a fully fenced property, on the edge of the forest, you can stroll in the great outdoors on the many paths.
very quiet, comfortable, summer kitchen with wood oven in front of the swimming pool, automatic watering, in the countryside, 15 km from the beach and Nice. renovated house, 25 minutes from the sea (Villefranche sur mer) and 45 minutes from the high mountains (peira cava 1600 m)
Half an hour from Nice airport or sncf train station, come and enjoy the mild climate of Nice, the proximity of Nice but also of Monaco, Menton, Cannes and nearby Italy!
For athletes, you can from the house go jogging or mountain biking in the great outdoors, moreover the house is now equipped with a 40 m2 fitness room with treadmill, elliptical trainer, bicycle and rower.
For the others the house lends itself well to a good aperitif too;)
You will also have the joy of eating fresh eggs laid by our adorable chickens every day.
