The Villa l'ensoleillée comprising 4 suites offers you the large suite of Orange trees with its kitchen, its large terrace, panoramic view, sea, mountains.
Autonomous suite located in a "Belle Epoque" villa, in the prettiest residential area of Menton in Garavan on the French Riviera.
It offers an exceptional panoramic view of the sea and the mountain, from Italy on its left to the old town of Menton on its right (see photos taken only in the property).

It offers a splendid terrace with table and sun loungers in a typical Menton garden.

Large bay windows allow the light to gently caress two 5-star king size beds. The large 60 m² suite is equipped with a large "orange" bedroom living room, with a very nice fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge area and tables and chairs for dining, but also a green bedroom with large cupboards, a pantry with dishwasher, washing machine freezer, and a superb bathroom with a breathtaking view of the blue waves of the Mediterranean.

Its location allows you to do everything on foot (250 m). Towel in hand by a private path typical of the beginning of the century, we reach the sandy beach of Sablettes and its entertainment, bars and restaurants, the market, the city center and its casino, the Biovès gardens and the museum.
