Our thatched roof beach villa Silvia is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Lobbe near the large tourist centers Göhren, Baabe, Sellin and Binz. On a 5200 m² plot you can experience a wonderful holiday in a villa. The villa is suitable for the big family as well as for two families, ideally friends or acquaintances. On the ground floor you will find the large lobby with entrance hall and gallery, the living room with fireplace, guest bathroom with shower, toilet, sauna, washing machine, kitchen, and the dining area in the conservatory. Upstairs and open loft you have 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and another bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and jacuzzi. Already on the ground floor you can see something from the dining table on the sea. In the large bedroom you can see the sea from the bed and admire the sunrise. On the huge property you have various seating areas, beach chairs, garden furniture, loungers and a barbecue area with another seating area and a playhouse in its own small coastal forest. Note: The right-hand residential unit Silvia 2 is available. In the absence of the owners, they can thus use the large lobby and the property alone.  Our right neighbor is currently building. Therefore, we can not rule out that it comes to construction noise.
