Casa da Colina is a modern, refined villa, designed for those who value comfort, security, tranquility and being in harmony with the naturally green surroundings.
Level 275, where this villa is located, is high enough to have a view of the reliefs of the mountains to the beaches, from the windward side of Lagos, to Albufeira and, on the other hand, it is low enough to benefit from the slope upstream, protect us from North wind.
The view fills the soul, the morning aromas rival the song of blackbirds or goldfinches.
The space around the house is divided between green area and lawns and large bamboo deck areas, surrounding the pool with an infinity horizon and salt water. By leaving cars on the street or parked in the basement, pedestrian access to both the garden and any location inside the house or terraces is made easier for people with motor disabilities. There is a solar lift on all floors of the house and access ramps where necessary.
In the garden, by the pool or on any of the generous terraces, the invitation is to enjoy a fresh breakfast under the morning sun, a generous wine in the evening or even a supper under the starry sky.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans un endroit magnifique et de rêve, les propriétaires sont très accueillant, serviable, disponible et très gentil. La résidence à tous les commodités nécessaires et située dans un endroit calme et paisible. La résidence est situé entre 30 min et 1h de tous les attraits à visiter au Algarve.Notre séjour a été merveilleux et nous recommandons grandement cette résidence pour un voyage en famille ou entre amis.
