One BR, One Bath Condo, Fully equipped galley kitchen, spacious ground level patio, corner unit overlooking lake, outdoor pool, and covered pavilion with table and chairs, gas grills, bed linens and bath towels, complementary shampoo and bath gel provided. Bedroom has Queen bed and Living room has double sleep sofa (If separate beds needed)

I am also offering my condo for rent for a period of 29 nights for a continuous period or for as little time as 2 nights. My condo is ideal for traveling nurse or business professional employee or couples just needing a short get-away.
Bring your boat. Park free in our designed parking lot and launch from our boat ramp. Must provide proof of ownership and currant insurance.

ATTENTION: OUTSIDE STEPS from parking lot to condo & from condo to pool

Relax sitting on patio or from the LR & enjoy lake front & gorgeous sunset. Or walk down (steps) to the lake and enjoy the dock or pool (open during season)

Take a several minute drive and visit the Smith Mountain Lake Community Park - walk out onto the pier and sit and fish or sit and enjoy the beautiful view of mountains and lake or take a stroll on the along designed path. Pack a lunch and enjoy. Public bathrooms at the Park.
View the breath-taking sunset year round from the patio and/or the autumn foliage
Visit Bridgewater Plaza and grab a meal from inside/outside w/water view or visit the shops, plus entertainment-weather permitting. Lots to do every season or stay at the condo and relax..
