Location is great and staff were lovely. But the hotel is very dated. The outside of the fridge was very dirty - I didn’t complain though as the inside was clean so I suppose that’s what matters. It felt like I paid a lot for something basic - but there aren’t too many accommodation options.

Disgusted. Booked an “oceanside” room with a balcony and got a room out the back with a view of the backyard. When I went back the Philipino reception lady said “but you can see the ocean from your balcony” $207 ! I could have stayed at the pub for $117 and got a better view. They also wanted my phone/email/address/credit card and car registration. I arrived by plane and there is non taxi in town and they would not pick me up the 4km so I had to hire a car costing $200 even though they advertise a 24hr Airport Shuttle. Then to top it off the power went out from 6pm 1am so couldnt charge my phone, then the power came on and woke everybody up. Expedia has all my information. The demanding of my personal info is completely unnecessary and probably just wanted for marketing. I hope Expedia removes them from their list. Please see my Google review for photos.

We found the king bed tended to tip the person on the side nearest the wall out to the side, as its two singles pushed together basically. Noisy in terms of other guests opening and closing doors and talking. A can, or similar, was being blown around in the wind and bouncing off walls - perhaps more care needs to be taken to secure loose objects when strong winds are likely.

Sadly, the whole 4 nights we were there, our beds were never made. After 3 days I had to ask for some clean towels. The shower around the bottom of the walls to the floor could do with some bleach and a good clean. Loved the location and meals were awesome

Very dated. Stayed on the ground floor and curtains had to be drawn all the time because cars were just parked outside. Already paid during booking but I was charged again on the day of check in. Did not get my money back till many days later which was a bummer as it was a debit card. Only given 1 small tube of shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom for 2 people staying 2 nights. I only realised at 7.30pm when reception and IGA were already closed. Asked the bar staff for help and he rummaged through a drawer at the reception table and managed to find body wash and conditioner. However the items had all expired in 2022 but we didn’t have a choice. The second day we were still not given shower amenities even though our towels had been changed. WiFi was also extremely slow and weak.
