Not as advertised in Vrbo

Horrible experience. We booked for 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. Vrbo site said "good for 10 people". When we got there, it was good for 3 people only. The host did not care and said it was Vrbo fault. Vrbo was not very helpful claiming that was booked through a third party software (which shocked me) and therefore could not help me (very unhelpful during this hard time we had in Monopoli). All in all, very bad experience in this place and with Vrbo helpline.
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2025
