TD Casa Torchiano Hilltop Pool with Sea View

Casa Torchiano is a beautiful Mediterranean-style house with a trullo, consisting of two residential units and is about 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Chapter. Located in a suggestive and panoramic area overlooking the sea, in the Torchiano district, the property is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub between sea and mountains; centuries-old olive trees, carob trees and large prickly pear trees surround it. Casa Torchiano is equipped with every comfort and has a simple, elegant decor that evokes the colors of our land. The main house consists of a large kitchen and living room with panoramic view with fireplace and sofa bed that can be used if necessary, with a fee supplement; there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. External laundry room with shower. Annex with double bedroom with sea view and bathroom with shower. There is also a trullo with independent entrance adjacent to the main structure and not connected to the latter, used as a relaxation area during particularly hot days, since the trullo is cool in summer, thanks to the chianche and at the same time. Outside there is a large square framed by pergolas, with tables, seats and a refined relaxation area with outdoor sofa. In the garden, an outdoor shower and a hot tub invite you to moments of pure well-being. A corner equipped with a stove, sink and stone barbecue accompanies outdoor evenings.
Casa Torchiano is surrounded by a garden embellished with a charming balcony and an infinity pool, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside .
This property is the ideal place to leave aside, for a few days, the chaos and frenetic pace of the city, breathing deeply into the pure and uncontaminated air of the Apulian countryside.
Pets are allowed, except cats.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.

A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are allowed in the apartment, except cats. Please note that a cleaning fee supplement of 120,00 per pet is required
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Monopoli tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
6. Mid-stay extra linen: 25,00 € per person.
7. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of the garbage upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
10. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner

Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
